My First Post!

Well, as I prepare to wing my way to England and Knit 1 in Brighton I have started a blog. This way I can let my friends back home how I'm getting along.  This is all new to me so bear with me. Leave comments too!



The night before the show opened my friend Carolyn sat with me as I continued working on the copper wrap...she took this picture!

Copper Dress

I don't go until Sunday as at the moment I'm in the Just For Us Originals wearable art show in Mississauga. There is a wonderful fashion show for which I created this knit copper dress...yes knit it from fine copper wire

Here are a couple of my knits in the booth I have which is near a huge window....great for natural light.

A black open work wrap thingy that you can do lots with and also a copper knit wrap.

Here is my mannequin wearing a red outfit combining a jacket, scarf and a vest which I wrapped around her to look like a skirt.....just having fun!

Ok, now to bed, we have a long day ahead tomorrow.
